No roommate? No problem! Our experienced team members use Roomsync, a roommate-matching service, to carefully evaluate living styles and preferences to help make the best possible match.

You are only responsible for your student’s rent. With individual lease agreements, you don’t have to worry about being tied financially to any roommates or covering their rent if they transfer, graduate or decide to move out for any reason.

No moving truck needed! We offer a variety of fully-furnished units that include everything your student needs to move in and feel right at home. Our community also offers free high-speed internet access to help your student stay connected—academically and socially.

Northside makes paying rent easy! Residents can pay rent online on the ResidentPortal, or in our office which is open Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm, and Saturday, 10am-5pm. We accept money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks only. We do not accept credit/debit cards or cash in the office.
Direct utility usage packages are not included (trash, valet trash, pest control, smart home fees, cable, Internet, package lockers). All utilities are in Northside's name and will be billed back directly based off usage.
